Salon Cleaning in Sydney
Salons are one of the environments DOCOR services most. They generate more mess per square metre than almost any other commercial space — hair, colour, product, water and constant foot traffic — and the cleaning has to happen in the narrow window when nobody is in the chair.
We build the checklist around stations, basins and floors, and schedule the work so the salon opens clean every trading day.

Cleaning around a full appointment book
A salon's cleaning window is whatever sits either side of trade, and it moves: late nights, weekend trade and events all shift it. We agree a before-open or after-close pattern per site rather than a fixed nightly slot, and the team is briefed on what has to be reset for the first appointment — stations wiped down, floors clear, basins dry, bins emptied.
Hair, colour and water are their own problem
Standard commercial cleaning specifications do not deal with cut hair in trolley wheels, colour splash on skirting and mirrors, or basin drains that slow down over weeks. These become explicit checklist items with their own frequency, alongside the floors, because they are what a client notices and what a landlord raises at the end of a lease.
Towels, laundry and consumables
Towel turnaround is part of the service in most of the salons we clean, along with keeping consumables stocked and organised rather than stacked wherever there was room. Where laundry is handled on site, it is scheduled and recorded like any other task instead of being left to whoever is closing.
