A routine written room by room
Clinics rarely have two identical rooms. A treatment room, a consultation room and a laser room have different surfaces, different equipment to work around and different reset requirements. The checklist reflects that: each room gets its own task list and frequency, so the team is not guessing which surfaces they are allowed to touch and which machine must not be moved.
Working around the appointment book
Cleaning is scheduled before opening or after close, adapted to how each clinic trades, so treatment hours are never interrupted. Morning and afternoon shifts are set per location — which is how we currently service clinic sites in both Sydney and Brisbane — and changed when the clinic's hours change rather than left to drift.
Laundry, consumables and the details clients notice
Towels, linen and consumables are part of the service in most clinics we clean: laundered, folded, stocked and stored where staff can find them, rather than left for whoever is closing. The same applies to the things that quietly undermine a premium space — smeared glass, a full reception bin, product dust on retail shelving.
What this service is, and what it is not
DOCOR provides commercial presentation and hygiene cleaning for clinic environments. We do not provide clinical-grade decontamination, sterilisation of instruments, or specialised medical or hospital cleaning, and we will say so rather than take work we are not set up for. Clinical waste and instrument reprocessing remain the clinic's own regulated responsibility.
