Office Cleaning in Brisbane
DOCOR cleans Brisbane offices with Queensland-based teams, an agreed scope per tenancy and a documented record of each completed service.
Brisbane workplaces are not simply smaller Sydney ones — the buildings, the hours and the climate all change what a sensible cleaning schedule looks like.

Earlier starts, earlier finishes
Brisbane workplaces start and finish earlier than their Sydney equivalents, which moves the cleaning window rather than shortening it. Pre-start services often need to be finished before 7am, and after-hours services can usually begin earlier in the evening. We set the window per tenancy at mobilisation instead of importing a schedule that suits another city.
Smaller floorplates and walk-up tenancies
A large share of Brisbane office space sits in low and mid-rise buildings, including walk-up tenancies with their own street entrance. Access is usually simpler than a CBD tower, but keys, alarm codes and shared entries become the things that must be documented — and the tenancy's own entrance, stairs and glass become part of the scope rather than the building manager's problem.
Kitchens, bins and humidity
Queensland's climate is unforgiving to office kitchens and waste. Bins turn faster, fridges and dishwashers need scheduled attention rather than occasional attention, and wet areas dry slowly enough that frequency matters more than product. We put these on a humid-season cycle and treat them as named checklist items, because they are what generates complaints in a Brisbane office.
