Cleaning inside a managed Sydney building
A large share of Sydney's commercial space sits inside managed buildings, which means the cleaning plan has to survive building rules, not just your floor plan: after-hours lift access, security passes, loading dock windows, contractor inductions and waste rooms that only open at set times. We confirm all of it during mobilisation — before the first service, not on the first night — and record it so a replacement cleaner is never locked out of your floor.
A schedule that matches how the week actually runs
Sydney offices rarely fill evenly. Midweek is busy, Mondays and Fridays are lighter, and the same tenancy can need a full clean on a Wednesday and a light touch on a Friday. Rather than charge for a uniform daily service you do not need, we set frequencies per area — bathrooms and kitchens on one cycle, workstations and meeting rooms on another — and adjust as your occupancy settles.

Consistency in commercial cleaning comes from people who know the site. We assign a team to your location and train them on it, and completed services are recorded through the site checklist with photographs and any issues found. If something is missed, you have a record to point at and a single contact who will act on it.
